Student Registrations will only be valid for those that hold a valid student identification card from a recognizsed tertiary educational institution or are a holder of an international student card (submitted in English) qualifies for the student rate. Student must be studying full time.
LMIC $50*
LMIC registration *currently available until further notice. To be entitled to the LIC Registration rate you must be a resident from a low-income country. To confirm you qualify please refer to the DAC list.

Excursion and dinner additional $70
An additional social activitiy is available for booking. An excursion to Buruli endemic area on the Mornington Penninsula, Victoria and conference dinner. The conference dinner will immediately follow the excursion.
Registration Terms and Conditions
Registration Confirmation
Your registration and successful payment will be acknowledged via email confirmation. Please keep a record of this email and bring it with you to the conference. Your registration will only be finalised if payment and registration form are completed in full.
Payment Options
Please note all registrations require immediate payment by credit card. Accepted credit cards are MasterCard, and Visa.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the IMUC Event Coordinator at imuc-iii@unimelb.edu.au
Registration Fees: Registrations can be cancelled before 13 May 2024 23.59 AEST but will incur a cancellation fee of $50 AUD. After this date there will be no refunds.
Social Fees: Social Function tickets can be cancelled before 13 May 2024 23.59 AEST. After this date there will be no refunds.
Onsite
The organisers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the conference for promotional, advertising or reporting at their sole discretion.
The organisers reserve the right to remove from the venue/event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid.
Name badge
Each member of the conference will receive a name badge upon registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times in order to obtain entry to conference sessions, and Welcome Reception. The Program Committee reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner. Please also ensure that the name you provide in your registration is spelt correctly as this will be used for your badge.
Disclaimer
The IMUC-III Organising Committee reserve the right to alter the program without prior notice including but not limited to changes to any of the timetables, social functions or other items related to the meeting, for any causes beyond its control. The IMUC-III Organising Committee are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, IMUC-III do not accept responsibility for any monies lost caused by delays. It is recommended that all participants take out personal travel insurance including cover of personal possessions. The IMUC-III Organising Committee does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
