Eliza Copsey is the Program Manager for Public Health, Indigenous Health, and Global Health Cross-Cutting Disciplines at the Doherty Institute. She is responsible for the development and delivery of strategic planning and projects for these disciplines, identifying areas of future growth and opportunity, and supporting these areas in the implementation of the Doherty Institute’s Strategic Plan.
Eliza has strong experience in project and program management across various sectors of health, including the Victorian state government COVID-19 response in surveillance and intelligence advisory, alongside vaccine engagement and delivery. More broadly in the health education sector, she has previously supported senior clinicians in exam blueprinting and delivery for general practice and surgical programs in Australia and New Zealand.
She holds a Master of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts (Communications) from Monash University, and a Graduate Certificate of Epidemiology Intelligence from Deakin University.
