The Convergence Science Network recently invited experts from the Doherty Institute for a panel discussion, The Past, present and future of COVID-19.
Moderated by Doherty Institute PhD candidate and Convergence Science Network Communications Officer, Catriona Nguyen-Robertson, the event featured panellists Professor Dale Godfrey, NHMRC Senior Principal Research Fellow and Immunology Theme Leader at the Doherty Institute, Professor Kanta Subbarao, Director of the WHO Collaborating Centre for Reference and Research on Influenza and Global Health Leader at the Doherty Institute and Associate Professor Steven Tong, infectious diseases physician with the Victorian Infectious Diseases Service and Co-Head of the Translational and Clinical Research and Indigenous Health cross-cutting disciplines at the Doherty Institute.
