Doherty Institute launches its 2022 Impact Report
For the Doherty Institute, like for many, 2022 marked a cautious return to normalcy, and we are pleased to share this journey with you in our 2022 Impact Report. We invite you to discover how our work continues to drive the Institute’s research, clinical, public health and teaching excellence.
Our 2022 Impact Report showcases and celebrates the research initiatives which had been temporarily paused during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic and resumed in 2022, the return of face-to-face collaborations with our partners around the world, how we inspire the next generation of scientists, and how we continue to address the fundamental challenges in all aspects of infection and immunity to improve health globally.
University of Melbourne Laureate Professor Sharon Lewin, Director of the Doherty Institute, expressed her appreciation to the hard work and commitment of all staff.
“I am proud to work with dedicated and passionate people, at the Doherty Institute and beyond, who, together with our global community of partners, supporters, stakeholders and donors, are at the core of our achievements and impact,” she said.
