A genomic investigation of the emergence of Campylobacter jejuni ST6964

Project Summary

Campylobacter jejuni is an important foodborne pathogen. Recently an antimicrobial resistant strain emerged in New Zealand. Resistant isolates were collected for analysis. The aims of this project are to perform comparative genomic and phylogenetic analyses on resistant isolates collected from humans, and environmental samples.
