Project: Exploring resistance to old antibiotics in multi-drug resistance gram-negative bacteria using functional genomics

Howden Group

This project will involve computational and wet-lab studies to gain a deeper understanding of bacterial mechanisms of resistance against old antibiotics (e.g., fosfomycin and colistin) for improve genomic-surveillance of AMR.
